Tasman is home to many olive groves producing excellent quality oils. Cold pressed within hours of harvest, the extra virgin olive oils we offer are predominately from Tuscan varietals, Frantoio and Leccino, or Greek Koroneiki. A special new addition is Italian Favoloso, a small and unique olive which yields a fresh, green and lively oil. You will also Frantoio and Leccino in our blends, plus Barnea, Picual, Picholene, Manzanilla, and others experimental varietals.
